Location of Shield WATT (10%) - GameMX - 2009-03-13
I was wondering if anyone knows where the location of Scroll for Shield for Weapon ATT 10% comes from. I'm guessing most likely gachaphon, but I have seen some around the Free Market, and was wondering.

NLC gacha is also possible, but i cant confirm that one.

A friend of mine got one from Zip gach. Its MSEA, though, not sure if its the same over there in GMS.
