We received reports about the following issues with the Magical Miracle Time (MMT) Pre-Registration on Reboot world:

• Only certain Reboot world characters that logged in after July 1 at 12:00 AM UTC have received the MMT pre-registration quest within the star event notifier.
  • Note:*Please be aware that the quest will only be available on Lv. 101 and above characters.
    
  • Workaround: Please check for the pre-registration quest on all of your Reboot world characters that you have logged into recently. The character should be in a major town, as some maps may prevent the quest from appearing.
    
• MMT Pre-Registration selection is not saved after some players log out.
  • Workaround: If the MMT cube icon does not appear on the left side of the screen and display a “registered” date, please attempt to pre-register once again. We recommend that you try again, avoiding the first hour after the restock period which has high player traffic (12:05 PM - 1:05 PM UTC & 12:05 AM - 1:05 AM UTC).
    

Our teams are investigating the above issues.*However, due to the limited timeframe for the MMT Pre-Registration, we highly encourage our Maplers to follow the instructions noted above as temporary workarounds.*For players that are affected by the issue where MMT Pre-Registration selection is not saved after log-out and are unable to participate in the July 6 - July 10 MMT as a result, we plan to schedule a make up event at a later time to ensure that these players can partake in the MMT event for Reboot world. Players who successfully purchased and used a pre-registration ticket but had their registration date reset*and could not register again during the pre-registration duration should*submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team. We apologize for the inconvenience.
