That appears to be a gunbound private server which is going to do a MapleStory private server. There's no reference to that site's existence on any other OFFICIAL gunbound-related page.
after 5 seconds on google I confirmed this. It's not real.

i think they'll just limit Canadian players form making more accounts, i think that's what they did when EMS came out
