I had to spend 260 mil on 2 books... you spent around 75 mil? quite a large difference there... I'm sure the books were more expensive than mine as well, so i can't complain too much either...

my marksman friend failed 3 SE20s... and that was back in the days... 110-130m ea...
now a LOT more chances of that happening because of SE30s... *50% success as opposed to 70%*

Just a guess here but is it possible that any skill book you could get with the gacha boxes are the ones you can't owl now ?
