Nexon posted a patch for KMS version 285 upgrade to version 286.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.

Patch Available - KMS 1.2.286 - Grey - 2018-02-14
Since apparently there was some confusion over the effect of the new Accessory Craftsman skill, I decided to test it out myself, at the Master Craftsman level. This video is from the current KMS patch, but this is the profession update, so I figured it'd be best here.

It does not function as an auto-res buff, but rather, protects you from fatal status effects.
