As we noted on the registration page, your PTS account will be a copy of your live account within the PTS environment.
Due to technical limitations, please note that there are certain restrictions regarding which of your characters will be accessible in the PTS. Unfortunately, in this round of the PTS, characters from Reboot and Luna worlds cannot be copied to the PTS environment.
Furthermore, we will only copy the characters from one world on your account. This world will be determined as the world where your highest-level character resides. If your highest-level character resides in Reboot or Luna, we will look to the next highest-level character and copy the character data from that world instead.
We will continue to investigate the technical possibilities for future rounds of the PTS.

Yeah, who needs to test Reboot? I mean, it's only the highest-population server. Hardly anyone would be affected if there's a Reboot-specific bug in the game.

Disappointing.
I hope they don't add auto-leveling and free gear to PTS to compensate for the lack of link skill and legion mules. That would turn it into a playground like the last round of Tespia, instead of a testing server.

The notice says "August round" so I guess it should be soon?
I'm not sure those selected would be allowed to say so. The original notice said "Your participation in the Private Test Server (PTS) is strictly confidential. You agree to not share any aspect of your participation in the PTS except in communication to other participants and Nexon America through the PTS section of the official forums. "
It's not clear to me whether this includes the very fact that you're a PTS tester or not.

Problem is even if someone was, pretty sure nexon will swipe their 4sses faster than fixing gliches or banning hackers..(if they say they are on the test server), i didn't get to go there so i hope those that got can do a good work.
