Yeah, I was under the impression you'd get to make a choice for both items, but the choice determines both at once. At least it tells you in advance what you'd get.
The Subani-Roid also comes with a shop function, so I'm assuming the other one does as well.

Both androids have the shop function.
And they are tradeable in account once.
So if you absolutely have to have the Dr. Jang-roid and the Crimsonheart chair, you can select for the chair on your main and the android on another character, and then move the android.
(Unless you're in Reboot, in which case you're SOL).
