That's exactly what it means, but it also implies that it's only if we want them. Nexon is still going to be looking for ways to monetize Reboot and the most profitable items (since their inclusion) for Nexon have always been power ups.

Definitely sounds like they will add the sacks back later, after enough people have put too much time and effort into Reboot to just quit it.

They could start by releasing more NX items in the cash shop. Customization is atrocious right now. I'm a Mercedes and there's 2 or 3 equip covers that I can purchase from CS, none of which I want.
They could also introduce permanent equipment, too. I don't see it as an issue. I'd throw money at Nexon if I could buy more clothing and pets.
