[Update] World Leap Event Starts November 12! - Notify - 2015-11-09

Log in to the game and go to the Event Hall. Talk to NPC Mover.

Select “I want to move this character.”

NPC Mover will ask if you are sure you want to transfer. Click “Next”.

You will be shown the list of basic rules and restrictions. Read through them, and click “Next”.

You will be asked again if you really want to move your character. If you are sure you want to transfer, click “Yes”.

Now you can select your new world! Only five worlds will be displayed. Characters cannot move into Scania because of its high population, but all other worlds are open. For merged worlds, only the main world will be displayed as an option. For example, if you wish to move to Broa/Khaini, you can only select Broa. Select your world and click “Next”.

Here are the main worlds:
  • Scania - (included to clarify it’s a “main” world, but it is NOT available to transfer into for this World Leap Event.)
  • Bera
  • Broa - BK
  • Windia
  • Bellocan - MYBCKN
  • Demethos - GRAZED

You will be asked if you are sure you want to go to this world. If you want to go back and pick a different world, click “Decline”. If you’re ready to move, click “Accept”!

After selecting your desired world, you will be automatically disconnected from the game. Log back in to the world you selected, and you will find your character in the new world!

[Update] World Leap Event Starts November 12! - SaptaZapta - 2015-11-17

So the Mover NPC disappeard at 2015-11-17 00:00 instead of 23:59.
Been a long time since Nexon had that kind of glitch, but it's always fun to see an event end a day early. Especially for an event that was only 6 days to begin with.

Other bugs:
- Zeros can't transfer until they complete Chapter 2 of their story. Makes sense, but was not specified in the event description.
- Kaisers, Angelic Busters, and Hayato, can't transfer until taking their 3rd job advancement. Makes no sense and was not specified in the event description.
- Married characters still have to wait 4 days for their annulment to go through, not the 24 hours the event notice said. This is especially problematic in view of the event being short and being cut even shorter.
- Some Burning Characters can't move. Some can. Doesn't seem to be a consistent issue.

On the plus side, I haven't heard of anyone losing anything unexpected in the move. So that's nice.

Hopefully all these bugs will be fixed before they run the next World Leap event (which should also allow moving to any world within an alliance).
