Event List Halloweenroid - shouri - 2015-10-10
In the event list, it shows that you can get a halloweenroid coupon from something related to Chaos Olivia.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to get this coupon (since I see no mention of it anywhere in the patch notes). Is it just a really rare drop and is it tradeable?
Any info is appreciated
