Hot Week Shop Character Slot Expansions - SaptaZapta - 2015-06-25
The Hot Week we are having, and the next one, give 10-Year Tokens, which can be used to buy things from the Artifact Keeper NPC in Event Hall.
One of these things is a character slot, for 20 Tokens.
The purchase limit is one per character.
Which means you can claim the Hot Week boxes on different characters, and get a character slot every other day.
There was discussion in the official forums about whether this is an exploit, and Artasi responded

I'm assuming that next patch will be the increase to character slots (since KMS got it with Mechanical Grave), so just in case, I'm going to buy 4 character slots on 4 characters to prepare for the patch.

dont they expire after 10 days ? will the patch come within that time after you buy O.o

Now that both EMS and MSEA players can maximize their character slots for free, I think GMS doesn't want to make this so "readily-available", and hence this event.

I don't, I'm risking it. Not like there's anything else in the shop that interests me, besides the hyper rock.
