I don't know what kind of improvement they offer, but I think the only ones missing it are M. Mage, Thief, F. Slayer and Knight. Dark Knight and Creator lacks job changes all together.

Male fighter doesn't have it either. From what I've seen, 2nd awakening is pretty much like the first, meaning you get one "ultimate" active skill that levels up with you, a passive and two basic cube skills that you unlock at a higher level. I might be wrong, though, as I only saw this on videos and didn't really read about it.

From what I've seen and read, the general format for Second Awakening skills should be:
1 passive + 2 actives + 1 ultimate (Most classes should have this setup.)
2 passives + 1 active + 1 ultimate (e.g. Witch)
0 passive + 3 actives + 1 ultimate (e.g. Crusader)
1 passive + 3 actives + 1 ultimate (e.g. Exorcist)
Costs:
Lv. 75 passive = 80 SP
Lv. 75 actives = 80 SP (3 clear cubes)
Lv. 80 actives = 100 SP (5 clear cubes) (Battle Mage's Evolved Launcher costs 1 clear cube here, so yes, it may vary.)
Lv. 85 ultimate = 500 SP for level 1, 200 SP for level 2+ (10 clear cubes)
