The countdown is counting down to April 1st. I know that sounds suspicious as hell, but the head artist of the show drew the design for teenage Numbuh One in 2012 on his blog, and has been dropping hints about this.
Also they have the voice actors back, so this is looking juicy.
(The coded language reads "COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN")
Inputting names like Numbuh One, Numbuh Two or the Delightful Kids from Down The Lane gives back secret messages which you can see a list of here

Where they pretty much showed pilot episodes of various series and then used it to gauge viewer interest in certain series to give them stronger launch opportunities? I think Billy and Mandy were shown there. For some reason I'm remembering Fairly Odd Parents pilot on it? And then maybe the idea was rejected by CN so they went to Nick? I definitely remember the KND pilot with swine flu.
