Manual Patcher:
The v.157 manual patcher is available for players who currently have v.156 installed.
  1. Download the manual patch by clicking this link: ManualPatcherv157.exe
  2. Double-click on the patcher.
  3. Select the folder where the game is installed. For most players, this folder is C:NexonMapleStory
If you see this message: "maplestory.exe not found," MapleStory must be located in a different folder. Please select the correct folder.

Installer:
The v.157 full client installer is available for download. If you experience issues while using the regular downloader, please click to download the four files listed below. You must save these files to the same folder. Then simply run the MSSetupv157.exe file to install MapleStory normally. If you encounter any problems, please let us know in our Technical Support forums.

Manual Patcher:

I already got my character permanently glitched on a starworld quest. Relogging does nothing. If you find a quest involving a clang and a wizard I would stay away.

Interesting new UI elements...

Assigning SP has a different dialogue now.

There's an interesting Coming Soon button on the character select screen. I hoped that's the Change Character feature, but it's probably a Star World button.

I used less than 1b to get 7 equips to 12 star.
Locked my face / 2 rings / badge so I can't enhance them.

Gained ~2k stat.
I cap with 2line hurricane in dojo (as opposed to 45~50 single line before the patch)
Blaster (turret version) hits 25~30m, which is about the same as before
My DPS more than doubled I think. lol.

If you look closely enough you can see it says Star Planet under the Coming Soon.
