From my experience, red grapes have seeds. Green ones do not, from my experience.
Also green ones seem to have a tendency to be more crunchy. At least in my experience. Though also perhaps more flavorless. From my experience.
Green ones certainly look better though. In my opinion.
Edit: Oh and the skin of green grapes feel like they're less "there".

I do not think I have ever eaten black ones, but I think the only reason I prefer green over red is because (as far as I have been able to shop/know) is that green has no seeds, otherwise I would probably just eat any grapes. Currently though, I am preoccupied with watermelon, so... hehe.
