Pacific: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Eastern: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

To address the following:

• "From the Shadows" Update
  
• Commerce Reforging Tool is immediately awarded to qualifying players on logging in.
  
• Players who lost Maid/Butler Hairstyles will receive Pon compensation. (external)
  
• Server Restart
