I know that Eye/Face/Pendants/Rings work, but what about Belts, Shoulders, and Badges?

None of those can get drop rate potential, it's limited to eye/face/pendants/rings & earrings.

Really? I wouldn't think that many people would cube the bonus potential past a +10/11/12 ATT.

Cubing for drop rate on bonus potential is stupid anyway because it's only 5% for a primary line (or is it 4%?).

Forgot all about bonus potential, mostly because it's fucking terrible:

It's +2/3/4/5% drop rate on armour and accessories at legendary tier bonus potential. Cubing for drop rate normally is bad enough, screw doing that for 1/4 to 1/10 of the drop rate you'd get on a normal accessory.
