By "they" I meant the options on the poll.

Well, call me ignorant in this matter, but what need is there for pasteurizing almond/soy "milk?"

Pasteurization and homogenization are two separate processes.
Pasteurization kills germs. May or may not need it for those juices, depending on how they were produced.
Homogenization is what makes the milk uniform, instead of skim milk on the bottom and a layer of cream (or, in the case of almond/soy milk, of oil) on top.

yeah, ignorance. My mistake, I had read that and somehow my head turned homogenization into pasteurization. >_<

I think 3.25% is called homogenized here, but I'm not sure.

Milk - Niernen - 2014-05-18

I choose Rose milk.

Milk - MuscleWizard - 2014-05-18

whole milk best milk

Milk - Tay - 2014-05-18

I drink almond milk because it does not upset my stomach. Almond milk also to me tastes a little bit better, and feels a bit lighter on me.

Yeah I'm the same way, I was lactose intolerant the first 5 years of my life, I no longer am now but my body still isnt too keen on it

Milk - Dudewitbow - 2014-05-18

In Deserts: As much pure and much fat as possible, its the flavor
Regular Drinking: 1-2%
If i had to drink a flavor: Coffee Flavored

Milk - IllegallySane - 2014-05-18

1-2%, but I mostly drink 1% because if I drink milk it's usually an average of 2-3 cups worth a milk a day, and that fat really adds up when it's triple of 8%/16% total fat + saturated fat. As for cooking, usually 2% unless the recipe states less then whole milk will harm the recipe.

Milk - MasPan - 2014-05-18

Lactose intolerant Sad

Milk - Shidoshi - 2014-05-19

As much fat as I can get on commercial milk here in Brazil. Whole milk is usually 3%, as per regulations.

(I also like my milk free of Sodium Hydroxide, stupid recent scandals on milk adulteration have me worried about which brand to buy).
