Well, where should I start? I am going to scroll the level 30 overall(10 slots) the level 25 hat (7 slots) and possibly the level 20 shoes and level 35 glove(5 slots)
What scrolls should I use for best overall outcome 9most def with most hit), where should i get said scrolls, and what price for said scrolls?
(This is my project for now, I am terribly bored.)

Don't even. Just surf through the channels. I think I've gotten ~10 or so scrolls from LMPQ just by walking by as people drop them. Not hard. :X
