I think this is actually enough to replace a Bowmaster guide. Our 1st through 3rd job skills are just like that. All you really need is 3 Blessing, Eye, Crit, Bow Booster, Soul Arrow, 5 MB, Arrow Rain, and 15 Hawk. I know someone who stopped adding SP into skills at level 9x because "they're all pineappleing useless." LOL. We sat around for 5 minutes waiting for him to make a decision when he was advancing to 4th job.

my 2nd job build went on in a strange way. Guess I really didn't care about not having booster and soul arrow. I got:
30-1 IA
31-3 mastery
32-3 mastery
33-3 mastery
34-3 mastery

37-1 mastery (19), 2 IA
38-3 IA
39-3 IA
40-3 IA
41-3 IA
42- then i came to my senses and looked at a guide and saw that they recommended getting booster and SA early =D 3 booster
43- 2 booster, 1 SA
44-1 SA, 1 booster, 1 IA
45-3 IA
46-3 IA
47-3 IA
48-3 IA
49-2 IA (max), 1 SA
50-3 booster
and I'm level 50 now. I consider that building the character like this was quite beneficial considering how strong IA is now at low levels. It made possible for me to train on mobbed maps much earlier.

On 3rd job>Yes I want to train there> Get 6 puppet before eagle. You stop it at 5 puppet when you could easily tack another point there to have more options.

I'm trying to dig up my DS vs crit chart, but I think that 1 DS then 20 crit was the most damage efficient (as well as money efficient next to normal shot).
20 DS vs 1 DS+20crit were the same, just reversed. I'd suggest using the 1+20 build even if you are funded.

Definitely 1 ds then crit for funded or mildly rich.

I did 1 DS and 20 Crit as well. DS doubles the effect of Crit, I don't see why you wouldn't get at least one point into it. Pots are cheap as hell, even for a brand new player. The "training" quests where you kill pigs or green mushrooms or whatever it is for archers gives you enough pots to last to level 20+ at least.

Has anyone done that build? I like Inferno, but only because having both AR and Inferno increases the versatility I have while mobbing (and it looks sexy). Only having Inferno without AR is kind of dumb 0_0

actually, inferno is capable of hitting behind you o.0
