So, while in the IRC talking to others I had an idea. Why not have a game where we guess what Nexon will do for the update. Below, guess how big the patch will be, how many words the update notes will be, and how long YOU think the update will be extended by. My guesses are below.
- Patch: 150mb
- 3,000 words in the update notes
- 5 hours extended on the patch

- 24 hours extended on the patch

Why did someone give him a pomegranate? For doing something different?
For patch size I'll say 150mb. I can see the cross world PQs causing problems at first so maybe a few extensions and an unscheduled SC.

A few things I foresee / hope don't happen:
- Certain players exiting the world merge map get stuck in a broken map, requiring a maintenance to resolve the issue and move them out.
- What happens if a player is still inside a merged-PQ if the servers go offline.
- Rare cases of players inventories being wiped.
- An exploit that allows hackers to disable the inventory clearing function/header of the world-merge PQs, allowing items to be transferred between worlds which will result in a large maintenance and possible rollback as depending on how many players pick up items could be dramatic. Hoping this has been handled beforehand.

This is why they should hire a few hackers that can help them code/fix these.
