Did anyone manage to get more than 1 row of buffs, when there is NO timer on screen?
I think I had more than 1 line of buffs and it didn't show up as a second line, maybe went out of screen? Hurt

That would almost be three rows of buffs I think? But I think they only start doing that if you're fighting a boss or like you said a timer was up.

Change your resolution to 800x600 and see if it does then? If not, then it's impossible outside of boss maps.

huh that's weird. I don't ever remember it doing that.
Did you try shoving the minimap all the way to the top?

I am 99% sure that the mini map doesn't affect the buffs in any way.
