On second thought, no, this is so fake. The text looks easily photoshopped and why would Nexon now spend this much for a pre-BB server, this is so random that it doesn't look convincing.

Not to mention of all the things listed, the server is last on the list. A revamp, which will take like 50-70mbs probably, over an entire server rewind, which means hundreds of MBs of data altered and removed is the first thing mentioned on a patch called "Rewind" which fits deeply with the pre-bb server.
Hell, the server alone is enough to warrant it's own patch. There's no logic in this.

Patch highlights have been up on Wednesdays for every patch since October, so we'll probably see what we're getting (not this because this is fake) then. Used to be Fridays the week before but we get them 2 days earlier now apparently.

The last time an update was accidentally posted, it was caught here which hasn't been the case. Would have been nice but going with fake as well. :\
