Regarding Unique Pot Scrolls and Double Miracle Time - Inffused - 2014-03-07
Let's say I have an item that is Epic Ranked. Would it be better to not use a unique pot on it before miracle time, since miracle can improve two ranks? More specifically, Am I wasting a unique pot on an epic item if I would be cubing that item during miracle time?

Chance of rank-up, even during Miracle Time, is a lot less than 50%. Chance of double rank-up is even less. Use the scroll first unless you have an infinite supply of cubes.

So, during miracle time, the chances of ranking up and double ranking up are different? I was always under the impression that you had to get that message just to rank up anyways.

Message only appears for rare -> unique (surprisingly high chance for this to happen, btw. IMO better than cubing epic -> unique)
Epic -> legendary (very low chance, don't count on it happening)
Unique -> legendary
