Broken link skill quest - ridanmos - 2014-02-20
On two chars I made recently, Beast Tamer and Xenon, I got the level 70 quest that gives you the linking ability, but it's stuck when I try to finish it, and wouldn't let me give the skill to another char.
Anyone else got the problem and know how to solve it?
