"... which means you'll really have to watch your step with Big Foot"

*scene where WA takes 1.7k damage from Big Foot*

Yeah, okay.

Unless that was a Phantom tree, in which case, I withdraw my comment.

"Updated rewards!" showing 10 Mapleade was hilarious.

Return to Masteria Content Update Spotlight - Razmos - 2014-02-10

I can see why this would be a good thing for many players.. but for me, this is a massive yawnfest. no new content whatsoever, apart from the trade voyage, and that's nothing exciting either.

I'm curious what equips some of the masteria mobs will be dropping though. I saw a Pyogo Mushroom there.

Return to Masteria Content Update Spotlight - ¬Rob - 2014-02-10

Pyogo(?) mushroom staff drop from Typhon @ 1:58.

BF hitting 1.7k~5.1k being considered challenging by Nexon is stupid. <_< I'll miss the 20k+ instakills like pre-BB.

It's a bit better than the other filler patches we've had in the past, don't you think?

Oh, updated rewards/loots/bosses. That makes it a bit more interesting but it depends what they are I guess. Level 90 is a bit meh but okay.

Nice video though.

i wouldnt be surprised if they just changed nothing and just brought back masteria before it got trashed by aliens f3

Return to Masteria Content Update Spotlight - PirateIzzy - 2014-02-10

Buffed CWKPQ bosses. Interesting. If only they added the pirate boss though.
5400 experience for a Phantom Forest quest. Riveting.
Wait what? Aliens are still in NLC?

Return to Masteria Content Update Spotlight - Nion - 2014-02-10

I like how they brought old NLC back but I wonder if they'll finally make use of the Spinx? I mean using it as cake land is sort of stupid.

The thing that I noticed that has nothing to do with the returning content:
Amazing looting speed they have without needing pet, for example at around 3:00 time.
I imagine its like a different game without the latency slowing everything down.
Must be nice. I have suspected this before though. Someone far from the servers sees someone from California looting, it looks like they have a looting hack.

I always pronounced it com-er-psy, not com-air-chi

I usually pronounce it com-air-see.

"Updated loot drops!"
"...updated loot drops!"
"UPDATED LOOT DROPS"
>Zooms in on normal level 100 equips. Rolleyes

The supposedly updated attack and HP of the mobs doesn't seem significant either. CWK bosses doing only 1k damage? And they're still discriminating against bishops (isn't it bad enough that I do half damage against most of endgame bosses?) Frown

This. If looting speeds were this fast even for within the continental US...
I'm one time zone away and looting speeds are already unbearable without a pet. Farming Candy Points without a pet = 90% looting, 10% killing.

Do you pronounce Fibonacci as fih-buh-nah-psy?

As exciting as Masteria was, it also feels kind of obsolete. I doubt I'll be returning for much more than to finish the quest lines again and the very occasional CWKPQ.

huehuehue Wrote:Do you pronounce Fibonacci as fih-buh-nah-psy?

Fib-boh-nah-chi
I think it's because when we see "Commerc", we subconsciously add an e so it would be commerce, and then swapping the e for an i but our brains, as silly as they are, try to keep the pronunciation similar hence com-er-sea. Not to mention CMS calls it Commerz (IIRC).

Because the extra c in Fibonacci totally doesn't make any difference to pronunciation, amirite?

It doesn't, actually, because -ci and -cci are pronounced the same way in Italian (compare with Medici, Portici, and pici). Regardless, my original comment was light-hearted teasing to a friend, and it's easy to see why someone would pronounce it in a more "English" way.

I'm startin to think these horse doovers would be better without the juh-lah-pen-o's.
