I think that it is probably best to have a mix of both but what if you could only choose one? Either having a grand job with awful/ incompetent co-workers, or a terrible job but you love your co-workers?

Great Job with bad co-workers... I don't talk to people in work anyways. And most of the time, if you are the one in the higher position, they want your job...

Neither, I would prefer a mediocre, easy job with mediocre pay and no human contact whatsoever. I will fulfill my dream of living in a one room apartment, working from my room all day in the dark, doing the same thing day after day until the monotony of data entry/database handling/web design eventually destroys me. Also, I think companies prefer clothed workers, and I dislike clothing a great deal.
