Ditto, except replace chaos vellum with hard mode magnus.

Every week it seems like we get less capes from it and yet we always have our same drop multipliers on and the same person dealing most damage / killing it with final hit.

I know it drops Nova and Hesilium but it doesn't make sense to say kill Hard magnus for just those capes...

He actually did drop capes for maybe a week or so (?) before Unleashed, when he stopped again. Don't know if it's been fixed since then.
