They'll probably shrug it off. I've tried reporting them before... nothing ever seems to happen to them, even when I sent in a whole video.

These days in the eyes of a GM, there are no bans. Unless it was accidental. I mean hey; a gunslinger on the hacker's shack in Henesys Market was perm banned and a crap load of ore farmers, meso farmers and other hackers steal WS and MP3 maps.

It should be a permanent ban in this case. If the auto-ban kicks in for "hacking devices" and whatnot, it's different.

Just because it should be a permanent ban doesn't mean it will be or is one. It may say that your account has been banned permanently, but unless you've been banned for NX fraud, then it will be lifted in about a year. Nx fraud is the only real permanent ban, and it's the dumbest ban since it can happen by mistake.
