Bellardia was the main bellocan forum, hence the different bello subforums on diff websites is generally dead. One day it randomly just stopped working, most likely as the host stopped providing or w/e, i don't know the exact reason.
Apparently it is now back and is being rebuilt. Hopefully it gets to be how it was as it was one of my favorite forums to go to and use.

Well, it was said it would be a week until the forums are fully up and running.
But, as for it getting back to the way it was, that's going to take more time.
