It has 5 levels. At lvl 5, it gives 10% PDR ignore and reduces damage you take by 15%.

10% PDR is negligible for a lot of classes (though not mine) and 15% damage reduction does nothing at %hp bosses currently. It may just not be better than his current 12 link skills.

I dunno. There's at least 3 potentially useless or not as good links (jett core, hayato, mikhail/merc link if you don't train and if you do then his character card would be equally as desired). I never once thought the 15% affected %hp. There are other types of damage you can take in this game.

hmm time to confirm if you need to have level 100 char to make a zero or not!
Also test the make a zero and finish the chapters to farm coins, buy & use/xfer, delete zero, and repeat theory.
if it's farmable, then the best buy is the 10 cubes. 5 meister and 5 craftman cubes. You can farm protection and safety scrolls during the next maple anniversary.
