Pacific: 12 AM 5 AM & 1 PM 6 PM

Finally all players who log into their account within the next seven days will find a mystery gift from us waiting for them. You can access this by clicking the gift box icon to the left side of the game window. Once you receive your gift youll need to move it into the Cash Shop inventory to open it.

Accept a quest that moves you somewhere (NLC, Kerning Square, Gold Beach, etc). That's how you can get out.

Yea luckily i had never done the aliens quest on my character so i could get out but my friend has done all of those quests so hes stuck in there.

If you mean the box from the other attendance event which gives a permanent pet and a hair coupon, you can start getting those whenever. I got the pet box on a few accounts today since I didn't start it yesterday.
