I've been looking for this face for ages; and have seen other players in game with it, but nobody seems to know where it's from. Any ideas?

I've guessed MuLung or Showa EXP, but I'm not up for wasting cash. >=

Oh? If it's females, it's at NLC (VIP). If it's males, I have no clue. I haven't seen a single male with that face...
