I saw a perma lidium heart today in fm. Can these be obtained legitimately now or is this an explioted one?

The hearts also have 2 slots more afaik.
And with the RED patch coming we'll probably get the 8Atk/MAtk 50% no boom scrolls, which would make his 20 atk hearts... Eek
