I'm just wondering what to cap at, I was thinking 40~50. I'm mid funded and will get a lot more mesos in the future, and maybe some NX to MTS.

You generally want to keep it low as possible while still being able to equip your weapon. With that said, between 40 and 50 is where I am capping my str on my Sniper.
