Something interesting about tickets for Customer Support. - dowie - 2013-09-06
Had a chat with the GM Mosasho today. Mostly stuff I already knew but the one thing interesting I did gain from this is something the GM did say.
[02:15 PM] GM Mosasho: We have GMs working on both front and back end of the queue.
I also asked about making new tickets and the GM said it would only slow things down looking for originals( not sure if it was understood what I was trying to get at).
