Notify has been sort of acting up lately and hasn't caught this yet, so:

Cube away from 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM during the Double Miracle Time Event for a chance to raise your rare equipment's rank TWICE with one cube! This means you could jump from Rare to Unique!

Potential is a nifty system that allows you to add bonus effects to your equipment to make it truly heroic.

Details:
Double Miracle Time
Saturday, August 24, 2013 12 AM - 1 AM Pacific (3 AM - 4 AM Eastern)
and 3 PM - 4 PM Pacific (6 PM - 7 PM Eastern)

Check the top of the screen for the scroll message and the Double Miracle Time notifier at the left side of the screen.
You will be able to see Miracle Cube icons that appear on the top of the screen during Double Miracle Time.
During the event, youll have a 2x rate of increasing your potentials rank through Miracle Cubes!
Also, some of the luckiest users will be granted with a Double Miracle Time Blessing after successfully increasing rank TWICE! This buff will allow everyone in the map to receive Weapon Attack +30 and Magic Attack +30 for 15 minutes.

Perfect timing for me, just finished scrolling my new weapon, crossing my fingers for legendary tier!

Hmm. Time to spend all of today deciding how much funds should go towards cubing and what goes towards saving to finish scrolling my fafnir..

Guess I can sell my old VIP for a good chunk next time scrolls are out. I think I'll try to do ~100k for this miracle time. Should leave me enough to finish pinnacling 8 slots >_<

So I haven't cubed during miracle time before. It usually costs me 80+ cubes to unique -> legend (this isn't a small sample size either). Does anyone get noticeable improvements in tier upgrade rate during miracle time?

I'm assuming yes, since so many of you guys wanna cube, but I need some anecdotal reassurance for myself. I've been hurt before.

I might not cube that much but i have gotten very good results with few cubes on miracle time.

I know I got extremely lucky, but about 2 cube times ago I got my sword and badge to legendary with a single pack of 11 cubes. On average you get FAR better odds of ranking up during miracle times.

It costs me a lot less than 80 during miracle time, so miracle time probably works as advertised.

What I want to know is why there's an advertising picture for "Double Miracle Time" with a character wearing a level 50 bowman hat. Nobody should ever be cubing one of those.
