Weird DC Glitch, Interface screws up. - FallenMemory - 2008-07-07

Well, I had heard of this happening to other people, but It had never happened to me, until this morning. I was on a Zak run and then all of a sudden, the "interface at the bottom (HP,MP, EXP Bars) , all moved to the center of the screen and I disconnected.

I've seen other brief discussions about this, but no solid info as to why this may be happening. This isn't an isolated incident as I know many others experiencing this issue.

Thanks in advance

This same exact thing happened to me. I was at zak 1st body and then all of a sudden I see my level and my HP/MP bars in the middle of my screen and I get sent to the login screen.

I'm using XP , so it wouldn't be one of those Vista and zak glitches.

Yea, Im on XP. The only thing that changed was that I encrypted my wireless router this morning. Now I think this must be the issue, because as soon as the second computer in my house that is DIRECTLY connected to my router through a Ethernet cable was turned on, the glitch occured.

So 2nd computer+encrytion = glitch? IMO? But i need advice as to why this is happening.

Actually I get this too, but it happens in FM. I've been trying to figure out what's wrong, but I haven't changed anything since before this problem started happening.

hmmm. i havnt gotten it since zakum, as I unencrypted my connection. Im confused as to why this happens.

UPDATE: I've figured out that i only glitch when the computer on the other room is turned on, while I'm on maple. The other computer is connected to the router directly, and I'm wirelessly connected. HELP
