Should I keep my shield as-is or try for something else (not much NX left) - prettygreat - 2013-07-18
I'm a Hero.
My shield gives 21% crit, 30% def ignore.
I'm playing EMS so we don't have the Leafre Set, so the PDR is importantish.
Outside my shield I have 50% boss.
I don't have a huge amount of NX (maybe 22 more scubes) to play with so I dunno if I should risk it.
Should I keep my shield as-is or try for something else (not much NX left) - Green4Ever - 2013-07-18

69% with Enrage and Decent SE. 90% with the shield.

I would keep it for now then. Shields tend to be stubborn and 22 S.Cubes isn't a whole lot.
Maybe you could aim for a Critical Rate Inner Ability and then try recubing for a % Boss/% Ignore combo.

I already have a 20% Boss inner that I don't really want to get rid of.
I was hoping for %Boss and %ignore but it's so unlikely
EDIT: threw two cubes on my other shield... first went legendary, second went 40% def ignore 30% boss...
dat luck.
Threw a cube on the other one... 20% boss, 21% total damage. Keep?

Well, I just did the calculations and the 21% total damage one is crap for bossing except on Scar/Pianus etc. Basically only good on any mob with <25% PDR.
Might recube it, but I don't actually know if anything can beat the 40% ignore + 30% boss (except maybe 40% ignore + 60-70% boss, but thats far too unlikely to scroll for).
