If you plan on making both eventually, make the DB first before they lock DB creation.

I'd go Bish. Iunno about KMS, but in GMS DB
are bandwagoned to perdition, and Asura is a boring and silly OP skill.

Depends on your playing style, as well as how much funding you plan on putting into the character.
While bishops have the potential to do very decent damage, their casting speeds are extremely so in comparison to dual blades.
If that doesn't bother you, then go bishop, but if you're funding this character and want to moreso go the solo route, go dual blade.
