Back then, I know when you git an item, the expiration timer wouldn't start until the person goes into CS and receives it. Does that still apply? I want to gift the 90day Hyper Rock to my BM and retrieve it when my current one expires.

I just ended up buying it since my current one expires in like 6 days.
I'm pretty sure you can gift items on the same account (unless they changed it), but looks like you can't gift things on sale like weekly cs sales (i.e 17.9k 90day Hyper Rock). Still saving money so it's all good. Thread can be closed now.

No, gifting the same account has never been an option.
