Cant reset PIC - RoxStarz - 2013-06-21

When I go here and click Reset My Pic nothing happens. I have access to my email, and know all my security questions. What are my options? I haven't played in quite awhile and for some reason my PIC isn't working. I know that I remember my old PIC, but it says its wrong. Any help or workarounds would be appreciated. Now that I can go from 200 to 250 Maple has reinterested me...
Edit: I have also had trouble for the longest time with a few other things on Maple Site. I can't submit or view tickets, and I can only buy NX prepaid.

I solved the problem. Logged onto Maple in a different account, gave a complete stranger my info, and had them reset my PIC for me.
