At least I think they are, not sure if this sort of thread has been made yet but when I used a few on my Paladin post-patch I swear my blast-spamming was at a faster rate than usual.
Anyone else also want to test them out?

Wont be long till its back tho. EMS still have it, but with 2 tickets per day.
It will return with 3 tickets per day and levels will be from 70 to 140 instead of 40 to 100. I also believe the exp was heavily nerfed (better for farming, worse for grinding).
Idk when GMS will get it but KMS got it back a while after wind archer revamp.

Interestingly, they still appear on the "Known Issues" list, rather than the Bug Fixes.
I do hope they don't mess with them again, trying to fix what is already working.
