What would be the reason for someone to lower their price on something when they sell relatively quick for that much already?
Shoulders maintain a high value because you have to invest a lot of time into farming 600 coins needed for the core, and when you actually get enough coins to buy said core, you then have to hope Empress will drop the Shoulder that you want (or even any Shoulders at all), as they're not a guaranteed drop. All of this is assuming you even have enough DPS to actually make her die without dying yourself or running out of time.

I Saw one in your shop at a good price ,which I should of picked up but I didn't
