I thought this was supposedly fixed a few patches back? I was in the right channel as confirmed by the chat box. It was the correct expedition, and I did not enter Normal Madman prior to this. I noticed that those two runs were from me failing a run before due to my partner d/cing so I just ran out. Maybe a coincidence, but it only happened to me when I failed a run beforehand.
