OFF is a very creepy and bizarre RPG. Originally in French and recently translated, I tried it out and beat it in 3 days... it's an oddly addicting game. Anyone else heard of/played it?
You can get it here, with screenshot previews and a direct download. You play it by opening RPG_RT.exe and you can go into windowed mode by hitting Alt+Enter or F4.

Oh yeah, it was made in RPG Maker. It's actually really old, like 2003 old but was apparently only known and played by the French gaming community before given a translation.
