I get this error when trying to log in to a new account.

It's newly created, and has been verified, but it says it isn't registered? When I use the website it lets me get to the channel select screen (as shown above), but when I use gamelauncher.exe it doesn't even let me get past the username/password screen.

Has anyone else had this? Is there anything I can do to fix it? x_x

Trying to verify it again gives this error:

Trying to use the email again tells me it's already signed up.

i haven't made an account in a good while, but from what you're describing it seems that the verification probably didn't go through, try verificating it again?

if it doesn't work i don't really know.

Trying to verify it again just tells me the email is already in use :| I guess I'll just have to abandon it. I had 5/6 accounts that all ended up broken like this, remade with Yahoo instead of Hotmail and they seem to work fine now though.

Oh, yeah using hotmail has always been troublesome.
That same thing happened to some of the accounts I tried making long pre bb, until friends advised me to use gmail/yahoo I've never had similar problems.
I can't remember if there was a reason for it, but it's better not to use hotmail for ms.

Hotmail accounts are notoriously horrible for security. They can be cracked/hacked with joke level ease.

Sadly not, I'm using AOL dialer as a proxy.

Are you using the website to log in? It might be that you need to log in through game launcher first and accept the terms and conditions. Just an idea, not sure if they pop up if you log in through the website.
