Turns out with hypers it's now possible for Paladins to solo ark, quite easily at that. More Pally boss videos on my channel as well, Hard Mode Hilla, Shadow Empress, etc...

I could solo Ark before we got our hypers, and i'm sure you could have aswell.

I thought it was impossible to solo beforehand due to the summons healing him, the one time I tried I couldn't put a dent into his HP after he summoned more than 6 of them.

If there's monks inside you might want to stay dead or banished till cooldown on your hyper runs out. There's no healing or summoning if nobody's on the map.

Ah, that explains how it was possible before hypers, I always figured he kept healing even when you were dead. Staying dead was what I ended up doing for hard hills, works, but takes forever.

I would rush the snakes <- or monster magnet them.
Attack ark with 6x cap per hit (Max speed).
Proceed to rush snakes to <- or use monster magnet.
Get not 1 hit KO'd because of divine shield. Block EVERYTHING!
Proceed till dead.
