Are their any badges or medals that give the same or better stats as these?

Jett's badge is the only other perma badge.
There are several other Medals spread out such as Best Class, Next Legend, Time Traveler, etc that are near LGMs.

The upcoming "Dimensional Invasion" will offer a medal that gives +7 STR/DEX/INT/LUK and +4atk/matk, which is pretty much on par with LGM.

and there's a medal coming from an event in the future (I am the Action Hero)that gives +8 STR/DEX/INT/LUK/ATT/MATT, but there are no other good permanent badges that I know of being released anytime soon.

Before they do that, they're going to need to fix CWKPQ and let certain classes enter though

If you want to spend a ton of NX on those Hourglasses (if they ever get add back to the CS) you can get a nice badge from Monster Park and extend its duration for like a year.
Not really worth it but just saying.

The Master of All Knowledge medal from doing all of the tutorials gives +5 all as well as +3 magic/weapon attack. That's what I've been using on my alts.

I do believe that thing would beat out my Time Traveler, due to 8 allstat being worth about 3 attack to me. YMMV.

I personally switched to sengoku expedition medal from lucky guy medal
As for hero of legend I don't see much of a better alternative for the time being. I'd like to get rid of it eventually, but I'll have to wait for a better (permanent) option

Seems like it'll be pretty frustrating, but doable, you get warped into a jump quest with 1 other person and you have to beat them to the finish. The obstacles are annoying as hell. I don't know how many times you have to do it or anything though, I've only done it once.
