I heard about it long ago and I remember trying to go in but it won't let me. I heard some of my friends talking about this and I was wondering what does this do and how do I get in there?

I'm not sure that this feature was ever used in GMS. I've heard a bit about it too, but not anything about it being available in the USA. I've never been able to get into it either, personally.

In KMS it is amazing to see just how many players are actually playing from an Internet Cafe though. The easiest way to tell is their Internet Cafe medal.

So where do you find Matilda for the medal and such post Justice after PVP is removed? I couldn't find her anywhere, both KMS and MSEA.
Or they changed the NPC giving them out?

There's an icon on the left side of your screen which pops up when you're playing from an internet cafe.

Stupid me. I remember seeing that square purple icon all time but never tried to click on it. So that's it.
